Larry's florals range from realistic to fairly stylized. But no matter where they fall on the scale, he strives to make them jump to life with bright colors, bold brush strokes and a balance of high contrast embedded with striking mid-tone values.

A favorite theme with Larry's work is the rural landscape and is obviously a common sight in central Indiana. He loves how the lights and shadows play against each other defining these old structures and makes them come alive again. He wants to capture as many of these scenes as possible before they become obsolete.
